He was born in 1972 in the city of Malatya. After completing primary and secondary school in Malatya, he graduated with honors from the Sivas Technical High School in 1987. Additionally, in 1986, he completed his studies in the evening department of the Sivas Industrial Vocational High School. In 1992, he graduated from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at the Faculty of Education of İnönü University.
He began his professional career as a teacher of Turkish language and literature. While working as a teacher, he also contributed to the publication of university entrance exam preparation journals.
He started his academic career in 1994 as a lecturer at Muğla University. In 1996, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of the same university. He received his master's degree in 1998 and defended his doctoral dissertation in 2001 at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan. He was sent to this institution by special assignment from the Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK). He received the title of Associate Professor in 2002 and Professor in 2017. He currently works as a faculty member in the Department of Contemporary Turkish Dialects and Literatures at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Muğla University.
Between 1996 and 2003, he served as the Director of the Language Teaching Center and a member of the University Senate at Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. He also served as the Dean of the Faculty of Philology on the Turkistan campus. In addition, he was invited twice as a visiting professor at Sumy State University in Ukraine, where he taught for three months and participated in a Russian language course.
He currently serves as the Director of the Center for Turkish Language Teaching, Research, and Application (TÖMER) at the university where he works.
After defending his doctoral dissertation on “The Structuring of Compound Verbs in Kazakh and Turkish,” published by the Kazakhstan Academy of Sciences, he continued his research in the field of Kazakh-Turkish linguistics. Together with Kazakh and Turkish colleagues, he prepared a number of significant works published in Turkey for the first time, including Kazakh–Turkish–Turkish Dictionary, Kazakh–Turkish Grammar, Kazakh Literature I–II, Kazakh–Turkish Bibliography I–II, and The Turkistan Dialect of the Kazakh Language. He has also authored valuable translations and interpretative books related to Turkology and Turkish culture. In addition, he has published scholarly papers and reports in the field of Turkology.
He is fluent in Russian, English, and Turkish.

From 1974 to 1979, Bagdan Momynova studied at the Faculty of Philology of S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University. From 1989 to 1993, she pursued postgraduate studies at the same university. From 1993 to 2014, she worked at the Department of Kazakh Philology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
From 2000 to 2003, she served as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Philology at KazNU. From 2007 to 2014, she was Head of the Department of Kazakh Philology. Between 2010 and 2014, she was a member of the Academic Council of KazNU, and from 2005 to 2010, a member of the State Terminology Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1993, she defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation titled "The Socio-Political Lexicon in the 'Qazaq' Newspaper", and in 1999, she defended her Doctoral dissertation titled "The Lexicon of Kazakh Newspapers: System and Structure". In 2001, she was awarded the academic title of Professor. She has supervised 15 Candidates of Science, 1 Doctor of Science, 3 PhD students, and more than 50 Master’s degree students.

She has published 6 articles in journals indexed by Scopus. From 2017 to 2021, she was a member of the Orthographic Working Group under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Professor B. Momynova is a Laureate of the Chokan Valikhanov Award (2005), and a recipient of the State Grant for the Best University Lecturer in 2007 and 2011.
She was the lead researcher on two major grant-funded projects:

She was awarded the honorary title Doctor Honoris Causa by Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University in 2017.
From 2015 to 2020, she worked as the Chief Researcher of the Department of Language Culture at the A. Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics. In 2020, she became Head of the Grammar Department, and since 2023, she has continued working as Chief Researcher of this department.

M. Malbakuly was born on May 5, 1955, in the village of Bögetsay, Karabutaq District, Aktobe Region. In 1981, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Philology of S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University (now Al-Farabi Kazakh National University), majoring in Kazakh language and literature.
From 1981 to 1982, he worked as a technical editor at the Kazakh State Book Chamber. From 1982 to 1986, he was a researcher and department head at the Republican Book Museum. Between 1987 and 1993, he held various research positions at the Institute of Linguistics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including senior lab assistant, junior researcher, researcher, and senior researcher.
In 1993–1994, he was appointed head of the Department of Language Culture and Terminology at the newly established State Language Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he actively participated in the work of the State Terminological and Onomastic Commissions.
In 1994–1995, he worked in Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Turkey, at the invitation of the Turkish Language Association, where he contributed to the development of a comparative grammar and dictionary of Turkic languages.
From 1995 to 1998, he was a senior researcher at the R.B. Suleimenov Institute of Oriental Studies. In 1999, he joined the Lexicology Department of the A. Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics as a senior researcher. Since 2001, he has headed the Department of History of the Kazakh Language and Dialectology. In 2009, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Institute, and from September 2011 to October 2016, he served as the Director of the A. Baitursynuly Institute of Linguistics.

He was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in 2004 and Professor in 2009. As a prominent specialist in Turkology, national lexicography, and lexicology, he has actively contributed to the training of highly qualified personnel in the field, having supervised 9 Candidate dissertations.
He has lectured not only in Kazakhstan but also at universities in Russia, Turkey, China, and Kyrgyzstan, raising key issues in Turkology and Kazakh linguistics.
As part of Kazakhstan’s independence efforts, he has made a significant contribution to promoting the status of the Kazakh language as the state language and strengthening its historical foundations. He led major fundamental and applied research programs and actively participated in the implementation of national projects such as the State Program on Language Development and Use and the Cultural Heritage Program.
As one of the chief compilers and editors of the 15-volume Explanatory Dictionary of the Kazakh Language, prepared under the Cultural Heritage Program, he was recognized with the "Kyrgyz Language" Medal for his contributions to the training of Kyrgyz scholars. He is also one of the principal authors of the one-volume Kazakh Dictionary published in 2013.
Professor Malbakuly is the author of over 100 scientific articles on Turkology, the history of the Kazakh language, and theoretical issues of Kazakh lexicography.

"A Comparative Study of Phonetic-Areal Phenomena in the Language of the Kazakh Diaspora in Mongolia."
From 2002 to 2011, he began his academic career at the Institute of Linguistics. From 2011 to 2016, he taught at the Kazakhstan-British Technical University, and since 2016, he has been working at Satbayev University.
He has led various state-funded projects in linguistics, including the development of the National Corpus of the Kazakh Language, the systematization of terminology in geology and the oil & gas sectors, and the study of linguistic features of the Kazakh diaspora abroad.
Almas Uderbayev is the author of over 30 scientific articles and several specialized terminological dictionaries. Among his most notable contributions is the Kazakh–Russian and Russian–Kazakh Terminological Dictionary for the Oil Refining and Petrochemical Industry.
He is a respected researcher and educator contributing significantly to language policy and the development of scientific Kazakh terminology.

a prominent Kazakh linguist, Russist, Turkologist, and teaching methodologist. He is an internationally recognized scholar with extensive research in Russian, Turkic, and comparative phonology, phonostylistics, paremiology, stylistics, and methods of teaching foreign languages. He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Modern Russian Language at the Uzbek State University of World Languages.
Makhanbet Zhusipov was born in 1948. From 1966 to 1971, he studied Russian Language and Literature at the Republican Pedagogical Institute in Tashkent. He defended his Candidate dissertation in 1983, and in 1993, he defended his Doctoral dissertation in Almaty on the topic:
"A Comparative Study of the Harmonic and Non-Harmonic Sound Systems in the Kazakh and Russian Languages."
He has founded several scientific schools in linguistics and language teaching methodology. He introduced new linguistic terms into academic discourse, such as:

• "Harmonic Reduction".

He also proposed a three-component typology for language teaching and analyzed interference theory within the context of Turkic–Russian bilingualism and polylingualism.
